Harbor Woods is a unique concept, featuring 127 apartment units for the 55+ year old community. With cozy features, and practical finishes, this building provides style and comfort. With a tight summer deadline, and over 125,000 square feet of flooring, we were able to overcome the daunting task and complete the flooring project on time.

The resurgence of Downtown Youngstown has been accompanied by a flurry
of commercial construction on the campus of YSU. The Enclave at YSU joined the lineup of new student housing facilities. Completed in the busy summer construction season of 2018, we were able to install over 166 bedroom units of carpet, LVT in the kitchens, and a variety of stylish finishes throughout the common areas.
