With over 100,000 square feet of

finished flooring, this project presented a unique set of challenges. Add in the fact that this project was 90 miles from our office, we had a real logistical problem on our hands. We were able to deliver an incredible finished product, ranging from rubber tile radius patterns, to simple carpet tile in the classrooms. All of this, while still meeting the tight deadline for completion by the beginning of summer.

A start date for finished flooring that hit in the middle of a pandemic, made for a rocky start to this project. Courageously, our installers answered the call and worked non-stop, never missing a beat. In roughly 3 and a half months, we installed 120,000 square feet of LVT and carpet tile, as well as, accessories like cove base, stair treads, and metal nosings. Our ability to increase manpower, while adhering to strict installation standards, allows us to deliver time and time again for our clients.

This elementary school, located in Hartville, Ohio, uniquely featured an open collaborative concept, consisting of a variety of 15 different styles of carpet tile in the classrooms and corridors, 6 different colors of rubber tile in the student dining, and linoleum in the activity labs.  With such a vast array of styles and colors of flooring, this project required exceptional attention to detail and precision.
